Intermediate Ranch Riding Clinic

If you have been to a horse show lately, you know that the Ranch Riding class is one of, if not the most popular class! If you have shown a few times and are hoping to increase the numbers on your scoresheet, then this is the clinic for you. This clinic is for those who have already begun showing!
Topics for discussion are:
Identifying and improving your horse's best gaits.
Mastering transitions.
Tips for pattern placement and using your arena.
Pivots and turnarounds.
Working typical obstacles.
Lead changes, simple and flying.
I am going to limit this clinic to four riders and you must have attended a clinic with me in the past or have taken an assessment lesson with me. This is to maximize each person's one on one instruction. I will work with each person for one hour in the morning and again in the afternoon. That will allow each person to watch others and rest in between. We will go through at least two acutal Ranch Riding patterns with each rider. Bring a lawn chair to rest and watch when others are riding. We will go to lunch at a local mexican restaurant as a group or you may bring your own if you prefer.
The cost is $250 per rider + $3.00 booking fee.
